I realize it has been a while since my last post and so you may have a few burning questions on your mind. Well let me tell you that the answer to all of the following frequently asked questions is "YES!"

-Have I been flying?
-Will I solo soon?

-Does it double as a container to hold Bailey's Irish cream?

I've now had 7 flights in the T-6 with number 08 on the schedule for tomorrow morning. The solo comes on number 12 so pending the completion of a few more flights and simulator rides, I should be up in the air by myself in about a week and a half.
As mentioned in the previous blog, my dollar ride payment is due before I solo and pictured below is the cardboard T-6/Bailey's holder that Dad and I fashioned last weekend when I was lucky enough to have my parents visit. 
If you look closely (or maybe zoom in) you can see that the tail has a joker card on it (we're in Joker flight). I'm pretty proud of our work! Too bad I had to give it away to my instructor!
As you caught from the last paragraph, the Bailey parents were out in Del Rio last weekend, which was AWESOME. It also happened to be the weekend of our class fundraiser party the "Mustachio Bashio." We partied pretty hard and had a great time. Embarrassing photos will be presented upon request ;)
